5/10: Loosing faith. Despite show of good faith to fix bad feedback (5/3), seller missed commitment to refund in 3 days and no email since 5/6. Slow communication seems to be trait or lack of commitment to build confidence after holding buyers $470. Why bother complaining about bad feedback in the first place?

SIMON X. (5/2 9AM) "you didnt even give me a chance to resolve the issue and time to respond, and gave me a one star feedback, well i was going to get the phone to you once i resolve my issues with my store and paypal, but now you would have to wait until i do with the maximum time allowed."
