seller sold iphone 5s advertised as mint, though the phone arrived with a defective touch sensor. Phone hardware was in good shape, but seller didn't adequately test for a 'mint' product.

I documented the issue with a youtube video, and requested a refund within 3 days of receipt (as per swappa terms). Seller told me it was my issue to deal with and wouldn't accept the return or exchange. Very difficult and combative throughout the whole transaction.

Phone was received very quickly and was in new condition. However, it wasn't the one described in the listing (red instead of black.) Good communication regarding options but partial refund took longer than hoped.

Purchased a Galaxy Note 3 from Matthew. Device was listed as "New" condition without any damage. Received the phone and its bezel was damaged in a few places. Looks like it was dropped a few times. The device also contained private info such as text messages, e-mails, and contacts from someone that's not the seller. Extremely upset with the experience.

To be honest, we would have originally given this seller a lower rating. We got the phone and it was still attached to the previous owner's iCloud account. When we tried to reach out, we didn't hear from him for a few days. HOWEVER, once he saw that we'd tried to reach him, he was incredibly responsive, and got the situation taken care of very quickly. He kept us updated throughout and it was resolved in less than 24 hours.

Phone arrived and works. Screen has about 1 inch light scratch up right side. The case we put on it covers much of it. Took 3 business days before it shipped (and that after I messaged to ask if it had shipped).

Shipping to a day longer than expected, some aspects of the phone were not highlighted root. etc. However I would buy from this seller again keeping in mind to ask for specifics

Item is as described, phone is in great condition. Only reason I didn't give fifth star is because seller took too long to confirm receipt of my payment, IMO. Otherwise, buy from this seller with confidence.

Seller shipped the item fast. Sold on December 4, sent on December 5, and received on December 7. The phone did not match the description though. The description said "As close to mint as possible.. the front is completely mint...", however, the screen has a scuff on it. The scuff is noticeable if the phone is off or if the screen is black. It's possible that it happened during shipping, but then I figure products should not be damaged by shipping. Phone was in a plastic sleeve, then wrapped in a plastic grocery bag, then put in a small cardboard package. If I knew the phone would be received with a scuff on the screen, I would have waited for another phone. No communication was really needed for the sale.

The phone arrived quickly, and in the condition described. The seller's attitude isn't as pleasant as it could be, but he fulfilled the order as he said he would.
