Horrible buying experience. Bought this to replace a non-working device. Always had quick response and shipping on Swappa. Paid the asking price for the device - received no communication from the seller for 8 DAYS...even after repeated requests. Had to open a dispute with PayPal. Finally got a response after that. Did receive the item 2 days later, but seller never posted shipping info so no-one was home to sign for it. Had to chase it down at the post office. After reading previous reviews it looks like the seller had this problem before(looks like he changed his name from Jason B to Jason Z). The device seems to be as described...11 days after paying for it. I would hope to get some sort of refund for my inconvenience, but am not going to hold my breath. Will update this review if anything does happen.

Item received as described, no problems. Seller was a little late to update the shipping status but item was still sent promptly and without issue.

The phone worked however the phone arrived with custom recovery loaded. This was not stated in the description and the seller was unaware of it.

The good: the phone is as advertised.

The bad: I'm not one for hyperbole, but I think that this might have the worst online buying experience in the past fifteen years. It could be my first one star review on any site for that matter.

As you can see, the phone was sold on 1/5 and it was not delivered until 1/17. Between those dates, no tracking number or proof of shipment was given. It took a full week for the seller to respond for the first time. He did mention a shipment, but there was no proof of one. That was the one and only moment of communication from the seller from point of sale to delivery (12 days).

Had to open a PayPal dispute, which I've since closed since I received it. Again, the only good thing about the sale is that it came as advertised. Please communicate faster and more frequently in the future. It goes a long way!

Phone was as described and there was no problems at all. Phone was shipped within 4 days of payment. Good transaction.

Product arrived as advertised. Phone received almost two weeks after sale. Combination of Christmas/New Year Holidays in addition to seller being sick during period combined to create delays in delivery/pickup. However, the lack of communication from seller was disappointing. Swappa staff were very responsive. Phone is activated and in very good condition. Would only request that in future for seller to communicate better with future buyers re: status. Thanks and best of luck.
