The phone is defective. It does not read the sim card. I have had it in for service several times to be checked and they determined it is the phone not the sim card that is the problem. I could make and receive calls but could not access the Internet. Keeps reading no sim card when there is indeed a sim card. Lost $230.00 on a crappy phone that was advertised as excellent.

Phone was shipped to me within 20 minutes of purchasing, which was nice. But after a month and a half, it suddenly stopped working because, according to AT&T, my carrier, it is blacklisted (reported as stolen) so I have lost all service and cannot use it. AT&T cannot do anything about it unless it is unblocked from the previous owner. I am out $250 and a phone. Neither the seller or Swappa will do anything about it, no refund offer etc. I do not recommend buying a phone from this seller, or any used phone for that matter. I've purchased used phones before, but never experienced this.
