Quick shipping and good communication. I had a hardware issue with the phone's functionality (volume issue upon receipt of device), but the seller wasn't all that concerned with rectifying. I had to tend to the problem myself, which is disappointing to have to jump through hoops after paying for something that is supposed to be activation-ready. He was responsive to messages though. Not sure if I'd purchase from him again or not, but just know that you're basically on your own if the phone comes differently from how it's described.
