Excellent transaction! This phone is truly in mint condition and is an excellent buy. The A/C charger is the ORIGINAL one and is European, but no worries there. At no fault to seller it took me almost two weeks to get the phone activated on Sprint. The seller was excellent throughout offering any and all assistance possible. The phone is in great condition and came with all advertised accessories. I really like this phone. Now to anyone who buys an Unlocked phone such as a Nexus 6p be advised if you are trying to activate on Sprint and the phone was previously activated on a different carrier like AT&T. Sprint takes the IMEI out of their database and to get it added back you have to contact their customer care agents online through the community support. It took going to two Sprint stores and AT&T store and multiple phone calls to Sprint, Google, AT&T, and even Huawei to figure this out. Sprint phone customer service and store associates kept telling me it was still locked to another carrier. Which was not true. Huge thanks to the seller for putting up with the whole thing.

Having never used this site before, I was impressed by the expediency of delivery and the accuracy of the product's description as "mint." Unfortunately, due to a failure to deactivate certain security features prior to shipping, I was unable to use the device upon receipt. That said, Lance was very responsive to my notifications regarding the problem and went to a good deal of effort to resolve the issue, including driving approximately an hour to meet me near my place of work.

All in all, while this experience presented some undesirable inconveniences for all involved, Lance handled the situation promptly and effectively. Were I to buy a used device in future, I would certainly feel comfortable doing so from Lance.

Crazy fast shipping and everything was delivered as advertised. I'd buy again from Lance.
