Device itself was good. Shipping was good. Wish there was better information on the charging chord situation however. The chord itself only works if you bend it in the right direction with your phone at a good angle to make contact with the charging chord and the charging port. Not that I don't have some extras but I feel as if that should have been mentioned in the initial description. Other than that was as described.
