Terrible seller. Lied about the condition of the phone. Said it was a manufacturers defect when it had obviously been dropped. Seller refused to engage in conversation after the device was received. Buyer beware.

Bought a phone from seller: it was in beautiful brand new shape.. and was active on a contract plan: seller could not (or would not? no idea.) deactivate and required that I return it for refund. Return shipping was not refunded despite confirming that it would be. Refund took 10 days to happen.

Poor/No seller communication, Item shipped with wrong usb charger cable, otherwise item was as described.

Great phone.

We are very, very pleased with this phone and the entire transaction! We received it today after purchasing Tuesday evening, so the seller shipped very quickly. The phone is exactly in condition as described. Ting sent us a new SIM card and the changeover and porting of number took minutes. Since it's a Sprint CDMA phone, that short amount of time is miraculous! The phone activated on the first try. I highly recommend this seller and am thankful for his honesty and attention to us as buyers, from the pre-sale Q&A to the very end of the process. I also can't say enough about the Swappa experience, as this is our 2nd purchase in a few weeks' time. I have recommended Swappa and Ting to other folks. Wouldn't shop anywhere else but hope we don't need new phones for a while, LOL

I would have liked to have known about the charging port cover not fully closing, but it's cheap to fix. Other than that the phone is working just fine!
