This phone arrived with a failed power button. The phone was shipped with the battery in the phone, and with the phone in the "on" state. When removed from the box, pressing the power button did not activate the screen. Connecting the phone to the PC via USB cable did activate the screen. Pulling the battery and re-inserting it into the phone causes the phone to spontaneously boot up, which is a symptom of a failed power button.

When Mr. Buras did not respond after more than two days, I filed a PayPal dispute. I made numerous attempts to engage Mr. Buras in a resolution, asking for a refund of $60.00, but I had no communication from him between June 21 and July 7. On July 8 through July 10, he offered to refund only $30.00, then refused to refund $40.00, then agreed to refund $35.00, but did not make the refund.

The phone has been returned to him for a full refund through PayPal.
