The phone was in good shape. It looked like the pictures. Spent two hours at ATT trying to have the networked activated. They had to program the sim card in another phone, then put the sim in my phone to get the network to function. Still not entirely sure if this was due to the phone or not. Timeline: Bought 12/23/15. Affirmed address 12/24. Phone wasn't shipped until 12/29. Received 12/31. I get that holidays happen but this could have been two days sooner if shipped Saturday.

I received the phone today sept 12. I was very happy with the product. I immediately went to Verizon to have it activated. They could not do it. I need to return it. Please give me the info on how to return it so I can get a refund.

Phone was received quickly over a holiday weekend and packaged well. Seller included all that was included with phone, and everything is in like new condition or new. Phone charged quickly and seems to be fine. Labeling was clear on outside package, seller included return address,etc. Felt like I was dealing with a real person, not some miscellaneous random guy online. I pay for a green phone but received white one not in mint condition. Did not offer for an exchange still later! All they say was if you don't like send it back for full refund. I don't want refund I want my item!

So far so good... the first phone wast working properly, so we contacted them and they said simply purchase another and send the bad phone back . As soon as we are refunded all moneys to make it as if the first sale had gone thru we will post again with a favorable review - so far they have been responsive and helpful. just a bummer the first phone didn't work.
