WorldWideSeller sent us a Galaxy S5 which was missing the glass covering the rear camera lens. This was not disclosed in the listing. The camera would not focus and the lens was dirty. WorldWideSeller initially agree to a 100% return. However, WorldWideSeller soon decided to charge a 35% restocking fee. BTW - Get ready as WorldWideSeller communicates using poor grammar and punctuation. Since swappa is not technically a middle-man, we are now taking the issue to paypal to resolve. Be sure to read the swappa terms of use and realize they have no real way to protect the buyer. Our only recourse on swappa is to leave this review and protect future buyers. Lesson learned here - never, ever buy electornics from an unrated seller.
