While the phone works fine, and the glass was in excellent condition, you said the phone "looks brand new." There were several nicks and scratches on the sides of the phone. Also, it was quite obvious that someone had removed the pentalobe screws on the bottom of the phone at some point. Makes me wonder what type of repair/attempted repair was done. Please don't say a phone "looks brand new" unless it actually does!

The "average nicked-up back" did involve marks on all 4 corners, and along all 4 sides. That might be "average" for a phone that had a screen protector but no case, I suppose. Also, in putting on a close-fitting case it turns out there is a very minor deformity to part of the bezel, near the screen. It's less than 1mm and doesn't really affect anything, but does make me wonder.

I was able to get set up and activated with no problems. Very smooth and easy transaction.
