Same old story as Snapdragon stated: seller shipped defective iPhone which had been listed as MINT. Refuse to fully refund because seller claimed the $22 iPhone box was danged during return. So much wrestle and hassle to deal with due to seller's false information.

Seller shipped phone promptly. Phone was listed as MINT condition, but it had defects that we were not made aware of. Accessories included cracked case and charger was held together with duct tape. Seller said they would reimburse for return shipping, but once it was returned they did not follow through with compensating for the return shipping.
