shipping was a little slow but the phone is great and is everything he advertised it would be. All accessories were included in and excellent condition. Very please with my purchase.

Worst sale situation of my life. The phone I got wasn't able to be activated. The seller didn't respond to my comments in a timely manner. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back and return the items. The seller didnt refund my money in the 20 day alloted time even though he already received the returned items, so i had to esculate it to a claim. The whole process took over a month to get my money back. Swappa staff did a good job assisting me in the process. Would not buy from this seller again.

The seller had very very long gaps in communication. There was weather in the area and he didn't ship right away....when I asked about it radio silence for a few days.

I asked about the tracking and it took another 4 days before the seller got it to me so I could take a look. Phone didn't come in time for valentines day unfortunately.

All in all, good phone, pristine device but this seller definitely lacks in the communication department.
