This was my first time using Swappa and I was initially reluctant to buy from someone other than a 'store'-type seller. Well, I'm glad I found Ashok! This has been a wonderful experience: communication was top-notch, the phone was sent in a timely manner and packaged safely for shipping, *and* the phone is in incredible condition including battery life! All for a fair price. When I took it to T-Mobile to transfer content, they asked what store location I bought it at... that should say something about the mint condition of this phone. When the time comes to buy another phone, it's going to be hard to top this experience with Ashok - truly a positive experience through and through! THIS is a seller you want to buy from.
