The item was NOT in mint condition. There was a very light star-burst fracture in the back surface (like a cracked windshield), and the silver rim around one of the corners is chipped or melted. It works fine though.

The package did not arrive at the post office until 4 days after the order! That resulted in the buyer receiving the order 8 days after purchase. The seller claims the USPS was delinquent in picking up the package which may be so. I really didn't like waiting 2 days for a tracking number and then 2 more days with a tracking number showing the post office was waiting for the package. And then learning the USPS messed up the shipping address.

That said, the seller was polite and did follow up with the post office to straighten out the shipment.

Seller was good at communicating especially since there was a slight mix up with the shipping. Also the seller described the phone very well.

It sent on third day. Arrived six days after sale, but not bad since coming from California to Indiana. Phone looks new.

The device was as advertised and was quickly shipped and arrived safely.

It was delivered on Monday (9/22) but I was unable to pick it up from the mailbox until this morning. I tested it and all is well so far.

Amina, thank you for the quick service, the iPhone arrived earlier than I expected. Took time to check the phone before providing this feedback. The iPhone is in great shape and does not look as if it had been used much. No visible scratches on the phone or the screen. And thank you for the cover that you sent, I was not expecting it. The other surprise is that the charging cable is red, a third party product, and there was no wall plug.

Almost a perfect transaction. Seller shipped the phone within 2 business days and the phone was in really good condition as described.

The minor problem was that the accessories he shipped weren't the original ones he mentioned in the description, so he fixed this issue by giving me a partial refund. If this happens to any other person, then this would be dishonesty on purpose.

But in conclusion, I would buy from him again.

Worst seller in swappa, bad phones, take lot of time in refund, terrible experience. Not recommended.
