Supplier sent phone and was rather quick, but slow to provide tracking and never added it to the Swappa website as requested. Also, the headphones provided were packaged as iPhone brand. From the beginning they were flimsy and the volume control plastic casing broken. I was able to fix it but then just today after a couple of days of general use, I lost the plastic piece on BOTH ear buds. They can no longer be used as the speaker and wires just dangle. Misrepresentation concerning the headphones. Otherwise the phone seems to be great.

I am always a reader or reviews but rarely write them. This phone does look very nice, but it is not a 10/10 mint condition phone as advertised. It wouldn't have hurt to put a few pictures of the nicks on the phone. Another reviewer had mentioned this too. It seems that the phone is working good so overall good purchase. There was a car charger missing as well that was suppose to be part of the sell. I hope for future sells those few cosmetic issues are brought to the buyers attention.

Quick shipping, phone in great condition, just as described.

Shipping was fast and phone was decent, BUT....it probably should not have been listed as mint condition. Swappa guidelines state a mint condition phone should basically look like a new phone with no signs of useage. This phone was in great shape, but there were lots of tiny scratches on the very top edge of the phone, and one sizeable knick on the back edge. I've bought other mint condition phones from swappa, and for less $$ too!
Fortunately the grandson this went to didn't care so it worked out, but be careful of this seller if you truly want a pristine mint condition phone.
