Seller was top notch. Phone arrived in perfect condition as described. He was willing to work with me to get the item shipped faster. USPS delayed the package for nearly a week but that was NOT the sellers fault. He was even willing to refund some money because of the long delay! This is definitely a seller you would want to buy from!

When a Buyer has a question it is always good to try and answer it. Questions are not meant to harass the Seller but to find out what Buyer needs to be comfortable with the sale. My Seller scolded me for asking too many questions, perhaps thinking I was not a serious Buyer; turns out I was and I wish that he would have answered every question I had since I was the Buyer. I had to go on gut instinct more than information provided by Seller, but to be fair, he was relatively nice and very prompt in mailing t the product once I made payment, which was within 10 minutes of making the agreement to buy. Seller could be a little nicer to serious buyers.

I received the wrong model phone, international S5 instead of T-Mobile S5, because the seller was confused about the model number and the fact that it could connect to the T-Mobile network. He was a bit obstinate to return the phone at first, but after a few message exchanges from myself and staff, he became more compliant and easier to work with.

Other than that he was pretty good, the phone arrived relatively quickly, and it was as he described it cosmetically. I would even consider buying something else from him in the future, as long as he provides full disclosure about the item beforehand.
