My experience with Mitch was great. The phone was in beautiful condition as promised. However, the speaker was broken so that I could not hear people on the other line without the use of a headset. Mitch was able to help me get a replacement from Sprint. He was fast at responding and getting things accomplished. Mitch also used expedited shipping to get me my phone fast.

Only four stars because the initial device arrived rooted with a custom ROM even though the description stated unrooted with stock.
