Pros: Phone was as posted; workes well, battery lasts about as long as every other iPhone, and physical condition was good as posted.
Cons: I bought the thing on 12 November, but it wasn't even mailed out till 9 December, after I notified swappa staff. After more than a month and a dispute I finally got it in he mail.

You get what you pay for, but was somewhat mislead by seller. "good means nothing wrong" was a VERY large understatement. Phone seems to function moderately well but shuts off at about 15 percent like it was at 0. The home button needs to be pressed with vigorous force to function properly, while the silent/loud button functions at the same standard. As I said, you get what you pay for, and I assumed that there would be problems with the phone at that price until the poster negligibly posted "good means nothing wrong". Phone should have been posted as fair condition. Keep in mind I have been using this phone for seven hours and am experiencing these problems already. The charger is also laughingly engineered to look as if it were manufactured by apple, but clearly a fake.

The phone that I bought does not charge properly. I took it to the Apple store and they informed me that the phone was not an iphone after all, but rather a forgery. The seller was unwilling to exchange the item for a refund. This seller is fraudulent. Do not buy!!!

YMMV, but let me remind you that 'Trusted Seller' is merely a term for a person who sells a lot without regular problems. Do not mistake it for service/pride when an issue does arise. They just sell enough that problem sales are washed out in the noise. Elie sold me a phone from a 3rd party (i.e. she's a middleman) that was supposed to be unlocked, and it wasn't. I was told just to wait because she had to get someone else to fix it. After that, everything took prodding. I waited ten days without an update/comment. I did get an apology, but despite a ~1 month process I paid return shipping. She did not go the extra mile despite her status and higher prices.
