Seller is dishonest and not forthcoming in his posting. He's unresponsive when people ask questions. Perhaps it was a mistake for me to assume that a charger comes with a phone. If that wasn't the case, he should have made it clear in his posting. I paid nearly $250 for a phone that did not come with a charger. Ridiculous.

Poor packaging by seller led to a visible scratch on the screen of the device during shipping. Bummer since it could have probably easily been avoided. Otherwise phone appears fine and was shipped quickly.

Device was nowhere close to the advertised mint condition, upon filing a dispute through paypal and swappa, the seller drug out the refund until Paypal had to do two investigations and finally issued the refund, since the seller stopped responding. Buyer BEWARE!

Phone was delivered promptly and in the condition described.
