Although there was a mess with the order on USPS's end, Jesse communicated when needed and the phone came in as good a condition as was advertised.

What a disaster of a transaction. Terrible communication, phone didn't work, seller didnt respond to swappa staff towards the end. Paypal had to refund me because he stopped responding. He never responded once to the paypal dispute. Took forever to ship. Swappa staff was great.

I have received the phone , not exactly like described, screen has a half inch deep scratch, and many minor scratches. Seller does not communicate well.

Very disappointed with the transaction. It took 18 days and a PayPal claim in place before the item was even shipped. Supposedly there was a mix up with shipping that originally delayed the process. However, the seller ignored several requests for status updates which prompted the PayPal claim and me having to purchase a second phone from another seller. Phone was in condition described and seller threw in otterbox case for my troubles. Just not reliable

Item as described. Shipping was 2 days late, but may have been due to a delay in the holiday (July 4th). I would probably buy from this seller again.

Item wasn't mint as described. There were multiple scratches on the screen some of them (DEEP scratches). Also had to wait about a week before items were shipped as well.
