i bought a phone from this seller thinking it was gonna ship immediately. A day later he comes up with a b.s story about how he dropped the phone at the post office and cracked the screen. He said he would issue a full refund but he NEVER responded again. I tried getting in contact with him, swappa tried getting in contact with him, nothing. I went ahead and filed a paypal dispute and got them to give me my refund but it was a pain. Overall this seller was super shady and unprofessional. Buy at your own risk.

Easiest on-line experience ever. The Blackberry Z30 is the best phone I've owned so far. And believe me, I've owned almost all of them. Thanx for the great experience. Cheers, Steve
