The phone and the charger cable were wrapped together with no protection in a loose plastic bag, the worst shipping method I ever seen.

Delivery was messed up by USPS due to a torn address label. 6 days after purchase USPS returned it to seller. It took another 4 days for seller to reship it, one day due to discussion about how to ship. I paid extra for overnight delivery, which Fed Ex failed at. I requested a refund of the added cost for overnight delivery since Fed Ex guarantees it but only the seller can request it. They said they would. 2 weeks after that promise and no word from seller. Every step of the way it took repeated requests for status updates to get any response from seller. I understand that much of the dozen days to get my phone were beyond the sellers control but their communication in resolving issues was sorely lacking.

I had trouble with this seller. The device was listed as unlocked. Then the seller told me that he has to wait for the unlock code. So I waited. Seven days later, the device arrived locked. I am on ATT and cannot use the T-Mobile locked phone. The seller did allow return and did refund my money but I had a really rough time with this transaction. Really disappointed. The seller had very positive feedback. I never saw this coming. Will not buy from this seller again.
