No hassle - shipped same day as I pulled the trigger like he said. Only reason not a perfect 5 was I wish more detail was given on the screen. When looking at it with a glare there are at least 6 little scratches. Would have been nice to know a bit more beyond calling the screen "good", but at the same time, can't expect perfection from a used phone.
