I received my device but it is white and not black AS LISTED. I bought this specifically because it was a resale/not used item and because it was black. Every other part of the transaction was exceptional!!! I Just did not want a white one. I tried to contact the seller through Swappa but the seller did not respond. Swappa advised me to dispute the transaction with PayPal. An apology and small monetary compensation would have been "good business" and more involvement from Swappa would have been nice. This is my first buy on Swappa and I'm not quite sure if I would recommend it or not as I did not get the color of the item as described in the advertisement.

Phone was returned because of a bad battery. Seller was very poor at communicating. Took multiple emails and help from Swappa to get him to respond.

Item as described, battery holds a charge which can last more than a day, great seller that can be trusted, highly recommended.

However, wished the price could be lower though, especially after seeing someone in this website bought a mint condition 5s (black) with original box, cable, cube and headphone for only 230!

Great seller

The phone works and was shipped fast. But screen was not in condition she described. It had 3 big scratches on it while the seller said it was flawless.

There was a slight mixup in the phone description, however, the seller made up for it and acted like a true professional. I would gladly do business with Sell Your Cellular again!
