By far the worst seller on this site. Seller was very slow to ship and as a result the package was undelivered. No communication at all. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I have received the iPad pro from the seller and it was a rip-off the iPad have marks all over the back of it and there is a big dent on the side the camera are scrapped up . I thought is was secured , safe and all items were checked off but that's not happening I am very disappointed .

This seller give refund without any reason. i need the item I purchased. This is really wasting time so far . I don't recommend to buy any product from this seller. Also Swappa need to take action about this seller.

The listing stated mint and all accessories in original box but headphones were missing. Also said version version and capable and we have had a really difficult time getting it set up with Verizon as of yet still haven't been able to.

I requested to cancel the purchase before the order was shipped. The seller agreed to the cancellation but issued only a partial refund. I requested an explanation for the partial refund many times, with absolutely no response from the seller. Buyer beware.

Bought mint condition and received a screen with a scratch, more scratches on the body. The original packaging was open and did not include a charger or headphones. just cable. very bad seller. totally scam

Product arrived quickly enough and functions perfectly; just a couple things that are preventing me from a positive rating. Product was described as "beautiful" and "pristine" but had some decent dents to the case that weren't in the pictures One that I even had to sand down to prevent from snagging my pants. The power button works, but is crooked. The description mentioned a "laptop bag," which didn't arrive with the computer. Finally, the way the computer was packaged left a bunch of sticky residue from the packaging that I had to take off with goo gone and windex.

I usually do not listen to reviews much, as I feel many people just like to make others look bad and I prefer to make my own judgements; but, I encourage you to hear me out. I bought a phone from this seller and it turned out that the phone was labeled as lost or stolen. After spending almost all day at the store trying to activate it, I had to send it back for a refund. (I understand that mistakes happen sometimes, so I was not going to hold that against them.) I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but receiving a refund felt like I was trying to pull teeth. Nevertheless, I did eventually receive my payment back thanks to the Swappa Staff and Paypal. The PhoneWorldStore lacked timely communication, and I did not feel like an appreciated customer even when it was their fault for sending a lost/stolen phone. I have had better luck on Swappa with personal, individual sellers, and I would encourage you to try elsewhere before shopping here. With that said, may God bless them!

i ordered a straight talk phone and received a simple mobile phone. I decided to keep the phone but would have liked everything to work out

Received refund after cancelling purchase due to misleading information by seller.

They refused to give me a refund for a $2000 computer even after I returned it to them. After over a month of going back and forth to no avail, I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get the money back. I highly advise staying away from these guys.

Received a blacklisted phone that had an IMEI different than the one listed - failed IMEI check with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Communication and refund from the seller was painfully slow and I won't buy from them again. Thanks to Swappa and PayPal, I was able to get my money refunded.

i was specting the device will be unlock like i saw in the ad so thats why i purchase unlock other i will unlokc by any other company so i text the seller and he never never answer the text after the purchase complete

Ordered device never heard anything from seller for 5 days. Posted comments on Swappa didn't hear a response. Found that it was a retailer called the store directly had no information that the phone had been posted on swappa, which is why I never got a response they didn't know about the posting. Told me the phone was still available and would be shipped out. Then responded said phone was no longer available. I was refunded my money but still lost out with swappas cut and such. I understand mistakes get made and things happen would have been more understanding had this not been an actual retailer, that sells phones. The only positive was that I was refunded most of my money. I'm sure the retailer is good to deal with at their actual store but I wouldn't recommend them on swappa since it doesn't sound like a lot of communication is done at the store level about posting phones on swappa. Never received the device so marking it as I did so I can complete the sale.

Bought a "brand new" T-Mobile phone from them. After checking the IMEI myself on T-Mobile, it had an outstanding balance due on it. I even asked the seller to check the IMEI prior to shipping. Seller was unapologetic and defensive. However, I received a full refund after returning it. Please be careful when buying, they purchase phones from people and resell them without knowing the phone's true current status. Even the poster at their store says "we buy used phones, any condition... bad IMEI...". Overall, a very bad buying experience on Swappa...

This seller shipped me a third-party charging cord. After literally 5 requests to ship me an Apple OEM charging cord, the seller promised (in writing) to ship me one, but I never received it.

Fast delivery and in great condition upon arrival. The phone stopped working after a week and I had to buy a charger because the one that came with the phone didn't work properly. When I told the seller of the issue, there was slow response.

do not buy from this seller. had to open a paypal dispute to get my money back after he refused to give me the full refund he offers on his page

Item not as described, bad experience, ask twice before you buy, y gave yoy two stars because the refund was fast, but i will never going to do business with you again!! I wasted time and money!!
