This seller went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. When he noticed a defect in the LCD screen, he took it to Apple who replaced it, and he passed the brand new phone on to me. When I first tried to activate the phone, it appeared to be locked to a Sprint account that kept me from accessing anything on the screen. However after going through the activation process with my new carrier, Ting, I was able to override that. I had some confusion during this process and the seller responded to all of my questions in a timely fashion. Two thumbs up, I would definitely use him again!

Fast shipping - but packaging could have been more secure. Shipped in a small yellow envelope with small bubble. Although it arrived safely a more secure package would provide more buyer piece of mind.
