Phone did finally arrive. Ordered on the 7th and didn't receive till the 25th. Tried contacting multiple times on here, had to file a charge back on paypal before I got a reply from the seller.

When received the box is a big medium flat rate, with two empty plastic shopping bags as the only packing material around the phone box. The phone box had fallen open and everything was strewn around.

Out of pure luck the phone is totally fine, passes all diagnostic tests and seems to be in the advertised condition. Overall, not thrilled with the shipping or communication. but glad we finally got the phone.
