DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! You will regret it. I purchased an iPhone 11 that he listed as brand new for TMobile. I received it and in fact it was not brand new and had the SIM card missing that should have been included for activation according to Apple. Second it wouldn’t activate and after going to a TMobile store and then Apple they ran the IMEI number and told me it was locked to metroPCS. I proceed to mail the phone back for a refund and the seller lies about refunding me. I eventually open up a PayPal dispute and got my money back.

Seller not recommended. Received item not as described. I had to open a Paypal dispute. Seller did not answer any of my Paypal messages. PayPal closed dispute in my favor.

Hi, I received the item. From what I see the phone is in mint condition but the plastic wrap that was on the phone seems to have been put after removing the original plastic, because, I saw a dust particle stuck underneath the plastic before opening it. The packaging of the phone was ok but it could have been better. The seller could have tightly packed the phone properly. The phone works and is in good condition. The battery cycle is new and 100%. The included otterbox case did not work with the iphone 11 pro max. It never fit and I had to purchase a new one. All in all an average buying experience.

Phone was not NEW and Sealed. Instead it was opened with a destroyed box, and the accessories were NOT original. The phone was in MINT condition. Very communicative seller though.

There is an issue with the rear camera. when I open it, the image is blurred and out of focus. It takes a long 30 seconds to come into focus before I can start taking photos.

Device came as described. Was shipped promptly. Communication was good.

Phone came in the mail faster than I was expecting :). Just got it out this morning, my mom is happy with the condition so that works for me. The packaging had 3 layers of bubble wrap so I was impressed with that. Original Samsung charger too. I would recommend this seller.

have not activated yet. This phone was shipped loose in thin paperlike cardboard box with thin layer of bubble wrap on phone. when I opened mailbox all I saw was a crushed box, the phone itself does not seem to be damaged but the tempered glass was broken during shipping due to lousy packaging. I would not buy from again.
