all items are accounted for and working well! great seller.

The phone I bought (galaxy z fold 8 ultra) new on October 15th carrier locked today and this seller keeps trying to claim it's not blocked. Except it is when you use swappas imei tracker. This seller has been informed 3 times by swappa staff that they are responsible for shipping costs and the seller keeps refusing to honor swappa policy.

Phone arrived as described and in working order

Agreed on price. Paid for it and many hours later in the day tells me sorry, I sold it locally.
Intentional and bad business

Top-notch Seller. Item bought was accurately and fully described. Item shipped immediately and professionally packed for shipping. Great followup communications from the seller. In my case, I had a configuration issue for the item bought. I sent a message on Swappa and received an immediate response from the seller. The seller resolved the configuration problem right away. All this in less than 24 hours after I received the item. Incredible followup
