The description of the condition of the device was not accurate. If you look at the listing for this moto z2 Force, you'll see it was listed as "mint" condition.
Shipping was quick, and packing was very good, and included everything I expected. The device was packed securely in it's box, and there was NO opportunity for any damage in shipping.
However, upon unboxing, the condition of the device was not 'mint' at all. There are micro scratches on the screen, and many marks on the back of the device. I provided pictures and requested a refund. While polite, the seller and I did not reach the same conclusion, so I am stuck with a device in a condition I did not want.

Do NOT purchase a device from this seller unless you have VERY good pictures showing any damage / scratches to the device. I should've known better and asked for additional photos in good lighting (there were only two in the listing and they were very dark), but I failed and assumed all would be good.
