Item needed to be returned due to Surface Pro being damaged. While it's possible the seller didn't realize one corner was bent causing issues with the display port and the display itself, I do find it suspect no photos were shown of that side of the tablet. That said, the seller did provide a return shipping label and refunded my money. Lesson learned: make sure photos are provided of all sides of the device.

USPS took forever, but that was not the fault of the seller

It said that the computer had never been used but there were pictures and files on the device upon opening and the computer name is “Kingbone”. It was DEFINITELY used to a certain extent and that’s not what the listing stated.
