Phone was defective. Seller accepted the return, but would not refund the full amount for return shipping with tracking and insurance (shipped it that way per Swappa direction, and of course to protect myself). I should not have had any out of pocket expenses for receiving a defective phone, on top of the hassle and inconvenience of shipping the phone back and finding another one.
He provided me with excellent support even after the sale. I would recommend him to anyone.
The device was as described, and the shipping was really quick.
