VERY responsive Seller!! Something was not working with the item we purchased (item had a locked IMEI number, so we couldn’t use it with cellular). However, the seller went above and beyond to make everything right by communicating openly with us and then fully refunding the purchase-even without requiring the product to be sent back first. What this says to me is that this seller CARES about the products that they sell to the public and WANT to make things right IF something goes awry.
