I was able to take the unlocked phone to a local T-Mobile. Phone was in mint condition as described, and I was able to transfer my old phone's data into the new phone without fuss.
The phone came in mint condition with no scratches, dents, etc. exactly as described! There do not appear to be any issues with the hardware or software upon a few hours of use, either.
