A little slow on the shipping but device was received in good condition.
Even though I didn’t receive the laptop in the condition I wanted, the seller was quick to reply and I got my refund quickly as well. Overall the seller was quick to respond to my issues which I appreciate.
Unfortunately the photos used in the listing were not of the phone I received and was in better condition which was misleading… the phone received had much more scratches and dings than pictured. Unfortunately I needed to keep it for work and couldn’t send it back. The seller did offer a refund to make it right so I want to give them credit for that.
