Shipping Information:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

Return Policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. We offer returns regardless of reason ranging from "defective" to "do not like".
- Items must be in its original condition that it was shipped out in.
- 4% Restocking fee applies to non-defective returns and refunds. Requested cancellations post purchase will result in a 4% restocking fee.

Return Process:
- Contact Swappa staff under the item you want to return. Once commented, we will accept the return in which you will be sent a return label.
- Once we receive and process the device, a full refund will be sent to original payment processor used for purchase.
- Please note that all iCloud accounts need to be removed from device before we send refund.
