Awesome product

This iPhone has been faulty since it arrived and was not in good condition. Within the first week, the phone reset on its own two times. Since then, it has only happened two or three times and, with the holidays, I have not gotten around to reaching out. However, today I woke up to find that the screen was just a series of distorted green lines. I've taken impecible care of this phone, purchased a screen cover and an otter box to protect it from day one. Still, the phone has had internal issues that have clearly existed since before it arrived. A very dissapointing first experience with Swappa.
