Sale didn't quite work out (ESN was clear on Swappa but was apparently in use by original seller of the phone). Natalie was very helpful and promptly refunded the transaction. The phone arrived Dec 19th, via USPS. The phone appeared to be in perfect condition, although the charger was not the original, it appeared to be in working condition and looked brand new also. Since the phone was a Christmas present for my sun I decided to wait until the phone was activated to file this report. Verizon was closed on Christmas day (we needed a sim card for the phone) so one the 26th we activated the phone. According to my son it has worked flawlessly since activated. He is very pleased with this phone and I am therefore very pleased with the phone. The entire family, 5 of us, now all have the LG L2 phones and couldn't be more pleased with them. Thanks for providing a great phone at a great price. I will definitely do business again with this seller!!!

The htc One M8 was delivered in a condition as good or better than described by Natalie. I've activated it and it works great - although I've found it to be a little bigger and heavier than I'd expected. For that reason I don't believe I'll keep it. I've bought a Remix....think I'll go with it.....but for sure - nothing at all wrong with this phone. Natalie's description and service was right on..... thank you.
