SUCH a positive experience -- my phone screen shattered in the middle of an important conference where I needed to check my phone all the time, and the seller managed to get the phone to me ultra quickly, despite Labor Day Weekend, as well as a bonus case and collection of screen protectors, which I wasn't even expecting :) so, very very much exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend to anyone!
