Though the device was as advertised, the communication was extremely poor through the process. No shipping info supplied and very slow to respond to basic questions, even after involving swappa. Wouldn't buy from them again but again, actual phone is as advertised, and I guess that's the main point.

This seller literally stole from me. Mailed me a broken device, and when I returned it for refund, he KEPT THE BROKEN DEVICE, REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND, AND STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGES. Months later, still nothing. Absolute criminal. Shame on Swappa for allowing people like this to steal from honest buyers.

Not as described. Seller would not work with me. Scratches, a ding... and there was food in the battery compartment.

android OS corruption right out of the box had to reset via tar files on PC (which the average consumer would not have been able to accomplish). physically the phone is in excellent condition. shipping was average, and packaging it was shipped in was subpar.

Packaged for shipping could have been a little better, nevertheless it was shipped quickly. The device visually was as advertised. So far So Good. Would buy from this seller again.

However, the packaging was very bad (no bubble wrap, just wrapped in plastic bags a couple times with some cardboard). I also didn't receive any tracking information after requesting it several times which caused me to miss the original delivery.
