Consumer Report rates them number one for good reason they have kick ass customer support. They are one of the cheapest unlimited data and they work on all towers in usa

Superb customer service. I use mostly voice and text, so not much cost for minimal data. Have been a customer for years.

Exceptional support! We use little data (almost always <2G) and for two phones pay only about $35/mo. One minor gripe is that phone msgs don't contain a time/date tag so it's unknown as to when someone called.

Ting has the best Customer Service. Period!
They also offer great coverage options with Sprint, TMobile, and now Verizon.
