Hi Alysia, I honestly am not sure. I do know that the iOS cannot be updated beyond its current version. That may or may not have an affect on those apps.

No touch screen issues at all. The iPad was rarely used.
@Alysia i have one of these with the same (latest) iOS version that is 12.5.7. With this version youtube, Netflix etc will not be supported as those apps require newer iOS version, but there is a way to get the older versions of all these streaming apps that will work. Just google on how to play these apps on ipad mini2
I should note, I have another same exact iPad, just in white. Same amazing condition. Have not posted it here yet as I wanted to try to sell this one first.
