I just noticed you posted that a tempered glass is installed. Are the scratches you mentioned on the phone original glass or the tempered glass?

Android 5.0 was installed using official factory images through a download/USB.
Theyre fine scratches on the original on the original screen.
I'll upload some more photos.

How bad is the damaged plastic on the corner? Both photos 4 and 8 are a little blur. Will a phone case cover the damage and does it affect the volume rocker? If you could post another pic of that corner with the screen off, that would be great. Thanks

Is it a scrape on the corners, it should be covered by a case that slightly wraps the edges. No functionality is effected from it. I'll try and post a clearer photo later today.
