Yes. Phone is fully paid for and comes with unlock instructions from Tmobile to use with any GSM carrier. I upgraded to the note 4 so I am selling this one.

There are no scratches on the screen. I will post pics with the phone turned on asap once I unroot it.

Unrooting takes time. Its $230 as is.

You mean to un-root the phone back to original Samsung's ROM is an extra $10 (which that was originally came when it was new). You rooted the phone out of your own will.

Yes I was able to get 4G/LTE with Tmobile on it. It may vary for you depending on Tmobile's or your carrier's coverage in your area.

Sounds good that the phone gets 4G/LTE. I'm in NYC area and get 4G/LTE with strong signal with my other TMO phones. I've forgot to ask you one last thing, is the back (battery cover) of the phone have any scratch (I know it's a used conditon phone), if there's any scratch/es, how bad is it, any dent or scuffs?

Also, I'll be travelling to over-seas in the middle of Nov., and you are sure that the phone is 'carrier unlocked'? Because I want to use the phone for my coming over-seas trip (I know that probably won't get the 4G/LTE in other country. I know the phone will get the 4G/LTE with TMO here in US).

I am in MD. The back cover is fine. No scratches. If you look at the pictures I posted there are another additional back cover included along with a slew of others accessories. You will like the ZeroLemon 9300 mAh battery as it triple the capacity of the standard battery. However it does add a bit of bulk to the unit. It's up to you whichever battery you want to use.

The phone is fully paid for and I contacted Tmobile to have it unlocked. They sent me a set of instructions which I will include in the package. All you need to do is plug in a SIM card and enter the carrier unlock code and you are set. It's essentially a world phone.
