Hello, I am looking to get a Note tablet, and this caught my eye. I have rooted before (on Droid X and Note II), but I am not very familiar with KNOX. Does this mean the ROM can't be changed, or what exactly? What are the precise disadvantages? Also, I am guessing you do not have the box or other original materials? Thank you!
No, the device will still function. Basically the warranty is now void.... Thats the only downside i can find... I would love to keep the tablet but i just bought a new laptop and am low on funds.. Let me get back to you on the box.
Oh, I don't mind so much about the warranty. I'm sure I've voided a few myself, hahah. So long as I can still flash other ROMs and proceed as usual that's fine! And okay, thank you! Speaking of ROMs, is it just running rooted stock?
