Brand new carrier UNLOCKED TEAK Moto X 32GB plus accessories

This is a brand new teak wood back with black front and orange accent Moto X 32GB. I opened the box to make sure it powered on and that's it, maybe on for 90 seconds max. I had a bamboo Moto X but had an issue with it so Motorola sent me a code to build a new one which is this one I'm selling. I purchased directly from Motorola so you don't have to worry about it being blacklisted for nonpayment.

Phone is not personalized, no custom start up message, no custom etching on back.

Also comes with new tempered glass screen protector, new Skinomi full body kit, and five various cases described below.

Not interested in trades since I just got an LG G3.

does warranty replacement is full replace for 1 unit?
do you receive different shipping address than paypal verified address?
as I from International so need to send to forwarding in US.
