Please clarify, the D802 is the International Version.
The D800 is the AT&T version...
Which is this phone?
Will it then work overseas with GSM SIM card as well, or does it need activation in the USA?
Which version OS is it running...Jelly Bean, KitKat...?

Good catch. The phone is the AT&T branded D800. As far as I know, it will need to be activated in the US. The phone is also compatible with Cricket wireless. Android 4.4.2, KitKat is installed on the phone. Unfortunately, the phone does not come with a warranty.
