The phone is unlocked, did I read that correctly? Meaning it can be used on any network correct? Can you tell me what version of the Android OS it is running and if it has been "rooted" or if it's completely stock? Please and thank you.
We do have some that are unlocked but this is not one of them. The listing will say GSM unlocked if it is.
Ok, so this one is not unlocked, the listing does say the device is unlock, after scrolling back up I copied the info under Device Modifications:

Sorry you're right, this one is unlocked. I would not buy a rooted or Rom phone if you don't understand what it means. I don't know what version android it is running.
ok, so it is unlocked, that's great, to find out what version android it's running and the baseband, you can open the Menu, goto Settings, then at the bottom select About Phone, about midway of that screen it will show Android Version, and under that is the BaseBand Version. so if you could check that'd be great, thanks.
